What is a PRESALE?

A PRESALE is a collection of PRE-ORDER items. These include our newest items. They are offered every single month and may never be produced again after that month. 

What is a PRE-ORDER item?

PRE-ORDER items are made-to-order garments. That means you order them and we make them. All PRE-ORDER items begin shipping by the 16th of the following month from when it was ordered.

"I purchased an item on the (pick a number) day of (pick a month)." Where is my order?

Your order is being produced. We have not forgotten about you. We care a lot about you. Like a lot, a lot. If you order in N month, your order will be shipped out to you no later than the 16th day of N+1 month. The nuts and bolts are a bit tricky to explain, but it boils down to basic wizardry.

What if I order a PRE-ORDER item and a READY NOW item together?

If you order both PRE-ORDER and READY NOW items together, your order will follow the shipping timeline of the PRE-ORDER item to make sure you get everything together at once. If you just can't bare the pain of waiting for both items to be sent together, please create two separate orders. This will make sure things remain as cool as humanly possible for you and us.


At, we guarantee the quality and workmanship of the products we sell and want your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason,  you are not satisfied with our products or services, please contact our Customer Service Center so that we may resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

We hope that you never have to return any of our products, but if you do, here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • When your order arrives, check all packages for damage or missing items.
  • If there is anything damaged or you are missing products that your packing slip states should be there, make a note of them. Email our Customer Service Center at and we will be happy to resolve the matter. Please include your order number in your email.
  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise upon receiving it, we will exchange your item(s) for a similar, (i.e., same cost) item. allows one exchange per order. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, but will pay for shipping the exchanged item back to you. We will not ship any new merchandise until all items to be exchanged are received.
  • Returns must be in original condition (unwashed, unworn, clean, tags attached, undamaged) and must be received by within 30 days of your original order. We will not accept returns or exchanges after the 30-day period.

We make every attempt to present accurate information on our site and we correct any errors as we identify them. However, changes in descriptions, images, availability, and prices may occur. You may verify product information by contacting us at .

If you are returning a gift and are not the original purchaser, please be sure to indicate the item you would like an exchange for of equal or lesser value and any changes to the delivery address.






Please note that items ordered from are sold and shipped from the United States. For all deliveries outside of the United States, in addition to appropriate international shipping charges, you will be responsible for any and all local taxes, duties, tariffs or other similar charges or impositions (including VAT) associated with your purchase, if any. By placing your order, you are agreeing that you will be responsible for and will pay, as due, all such charges, as applicable.

Once a shipment has left domestic handling and entered international borders, Sketchy Tank is no longer responsible for the tracking of said shipment. All inquiries, from the time of entering international borders, must be taken up by the customer with their local delivery service. 



We’re sorry we are unable to cover the cost of shipping for international exchanges due to high shipping costs. Due to the costly nature of shipping, International orders must pay for shipping both ways prior to completing the exchange. Duties and Tariffs will not have to be paid for most international exchanges.



You may expect a refund within 7-14 days after we have received your return. Refunds are issued in the same form of payment that was used for the original purchase. Once a refund has been issued, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided on your order.
